Began
Dermalsure was born from a deeply personal moment. When our founder Ritika Pandey helped her father recover from a rare infection, she discovered the extraordinary healing power of nature and the gap between what science knew and what skincare offered.
That discovery became a calling. Years of study, collaboration with dermatologists, and hands-on work with clients led to a simple but powerful conviction: your skin deserves better.
Today, Dermalsure is the result of that conviction a brand built at the intersection of dermatological science, farm-grown purity, and a deep belief that skincare should be a daily ritual, not a complicated chore.

Dr. Amarendra Pandey
Driven by a belief that skincare should be rooted in science, safety, ethics and genuine dermatological research, Dr. Amarendra Pandey founded Dermalsure with a vision to create products that are effective, evidence-based, and truly trustworthy. With years of experience in clinical dermatology, lasers, aesthetics, and international academics, he brings deep medical expertise into every formulation. What makes Dermalsure unique is its fully integrated approach — from cultivating aloe vera and other botanicals on its own farms to manufacturing, formulating, packing, and marketing every product under strict quality control. Every Dermalsure product reflects his commitment to innovation, purity, ethical skincare, and advanced dermatologic science.
Ritika H. Pandey
Passionate about creating skincare that is both effective and responsible, Ritika is deeply involved in every step of the brand’s journey — from cultivating aloe vera and other botanicals on the brand’s own farms to sourcing premium-grade ingredients, overseeing manufacturing, and refining formulations. Backed by a technical education and years of experience in the medical and healthcare industry, she brings a strong understanding of what consumers truly seek from modern skin and hair care — safety, transparency, efficacy, and trust. Working closely with her husband, a practising dermatologist & co-founder of Dermalsure, she combines clinical expertise with thoughtful formulation to create science-backed products rooted in sustainability, quality, and conscious care.
